Just recently purchased a new Polaris Sportsman ATV with Tracks- working with Eric Seegott at Karl Malone Power Sports in Hailey, ID.For me- It was one of the largest single purchases Ive ever made on a vehicle or ATV- or anything for that matter! Eric was great to work with, communicated regularly with me, let me know delivery estimates of the tracks, when the machine would be ready, and took care of some add ons that I wanted, like hand guards and Throttle/Thumb warmers.I had a quote from another dealer and Eric - Karl Malone P/S matched and beat the offer. I live in central Idaho and like to keep money spent on local businesses if possible.When I picked it up, I spent a good 45 min one on one with their lead service mechanic, Chance, who went over everything with me and answered all my questions - no BS! The break-in period. Oil and gear fluid changes, how to keep the clutch lasting longer when using tracks, plus little details to look for as I do all my own maintenance.I feel good about the purchase, how I was treated and will surely do business with Karl Malone P/S in the future.

Drove 140 miles from Middleton, Idaho to Hailey, Idaho to purchase a Yamaha Wolverine UTV. I was not disappointed. Salesman Mike knew his product and was very pleasant to spend time with. Greg worked with us to complete a long distance (phone, email) purchase of two new 2021 Polaris snowmobiles and was amazing to work with. Once we arrived at the dealer after a 12 hour drive, everything was ready to complete the process. Greg and the other crew members had all the requested accessories installed when we arrived. The paperwork process and review of our new sleds was handled flawlessly by Greg. The crew at Woodside Motorsports makes you feel like a family member through the entire process and we couldn't have had a better experience. I purchased a used 2016 Polaris General from Woodside Motor Sports from a craigslist add. Sales Manager Greg Hosman made us feel like we got a fair price on a machine that appears to be .......... what it appeared to be. Greg followed up a week after our purchase with a phone call to check that all was still well. Stellar treatment/service from the staff that I have not seen else where

I would like to acknowledge the outstanding customer service at Woodside Motorsports. I recently purchased a Yamaha Star motorcycle from Greg, and found him to be incredibly helpful, and always extremely fair. Greg tracked down the bike that I wanted, and brought it in at a very fair price. When I needed some hard to find accessories for the bike, Greg called dealers all over the country, and had the parts shipped in good time. Everyone in the shop was helpful, and full of good advice. I had the bike in for its first maintenance, and was again impressed by the helpful, fair, and honest service. What to say about an all around caring dealership. About the middle of October 2007 I started looking for new sleds for my dad and I. After extensive search I found a link to a webpage which brought me to Woodside Motorsports. After reviewing the site and finding the contact info I made a call to inquire about the sled. The minute I called the professionalism began. Greg quickly directed me to Brian Baird who not only had first hand knowledge of the product because he owned one but answered everything possible. Brians continued professionalism and willingess to accomodate earned my as well as my families long term patronism. After driving 10 hours to Hailey from Sheridan Wyoming Brian made a point to stay late and finish the necessary paper work to pick up the sled. After experiencing first hand how good a shop Woodside is regardless of the employee helping I have continued to purchase everything snowmobile related from them. Quality, hardwork and dedication to customers is everything that Brian and Brandon have been about. Brain has worked exceptionally hard finding the right product for me the right fit for my sled, making it incredibly easy to understand and continuosly giving me a great deal.Brandon Glanville has always stepped up to continue the excellence that is Woodiside Motors, Brandon has continued to quickly ship things when I need them, contact me about any situation and answer any questions we needed.
